On August 24, 2022, thirty -five new EWRSD educators came to the Americana Kitchen and Bar to learn about their new union…the East Windsor Education Association.
President Ellen Ogintz strongly emphasized that EWEA is a family…and families take care of each other.
Also on hand were dignitaries and friends NJEA Vice President Steve Beatty, NJEA Secretary/Treasurer Petal Robertson, NEA Executive Committee Member Christine Sampson-Clark, and MCEA President Grace Rarich.
Potential members enjoyed a delicious lunch, won some prizes, and saw the enormous amount of benefits afforded them on becoming members.
